After successfully completing a 12,000 ton pavement rehabilitation project earlier this year at the Enterprise Center in Oakhurst, CA, and a 5,000 ton asphalt repair project at the Old Mill Village last year, a local property owner took notice of the quality and efficiency of our crews. Impressed, they invited us to bid on an asphalt repair project at an adjacent property in Oakhurst. After several meetings, a lengthy review process, core sampling of the existing conditions, and some price negotiations, we were awarded the project. The project was scheduled for mid-September, and then the devastating Creek Fire hit the area. Thankfully, Oakhurst was spared, and we were able to commence work on a 38,000 sq/ft 4” asphalt removal and replacement project, continuing our work improving this beautiful mountain community one property at a time.
