Wrap it Up — What a crazy year it’s been!
At the beginning of the year, no one could have anticipated how chaotic and stressful 2020 would be, or the incredible ups and downs we’d all go through adjusting to this new normal.
Luckily, we at TARC are blessed to have an amazing team who helped get us through the year. With everyone working together, we were able to meet almost all our 2020 goals, even if our efforts had to get more creative and direct. We were also happy to continue to serve our community this year, setting our partnerships with property managers and owners in stone, residential communities, and organizations like CACM, BOMA, CAI, CAA, and ECHO.
On top of it all, we took part in many fun events!
We had a wonderful time connecting with CACM and all of their members at the CACM NorCal Golf Tournament.
Director of Business Development Dan Fernandez served on the planning committee for BOMA’s Virtual Whiskey Tasting, connecting with BOMA SV principals and associates while dressed as the Joker.
Dan said he had a great time battling with his arch-nemesis Batgirl (LaToya Ross Sr., Property Manager with Hudson Pacific Properties and current BOMA SV Vice President) in the chat room.
We are also proud sponsors of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), and via our participation in the CM World Summit, we supported Community Managers in a virtual setting. It was important to us to be a part of the first group to use this technology — the trailblazers of CM World.
We are looking forward to continuing to support CACM and joining them in the virtual CM World for more events in 2021.
In support of our many events each year, TARC is known for its creative raffle baskets and uniquely curated pieces to complement our holiday gifts.
As much as we’d like to wrap 2020 up and put it all behind us, we still have to be patient and persevere. We’re not through the pandemic yet, and we continue to respect COVID-19 restrictions and your well-being. How we connect with our partners and clients has been a bit different this year, but through it all, TARC continues to pave new connections and forge new relationships with our clients and community.
Thank you to all who contribute to our continued success, we wish you a Happy Holiday Season.
Sincerely, TARC Construction, Inc.!
