Meet Hilda Duarte, our Operations Administrative Assistant/Collections.  Originally from Oakland, Hilda has been in the asphalt business for just under five years. “Time flies when you love working with amazing people,” she says.

Before joining TARC, Hilda saw the company’s dedication and hard work firsthand while working at Hayward’s Southland Mall.

“TARC did a lot of work for us,” she says. “Thanks to my operations team who knew Albert and put in a good word for me, I was able to work at TARC.”

At TARC, Hilda is happy to play a supporting role to those both out in the field and in the office. “They know I’m here if they need my help,” she says. “Helping someone is the best feeling.”

Outside the office, Hilda loves to spend time with her amazing nine-year-old Claudia, and dance, shop, or cook with family and friends.

“I love working for TARC. It’s an amazing company that really cares about their employees. We all take care of each other.”
