Recently, TARC Construction, Inc. completed a school playground improvement project in San Jose, CA for one of our national partners. The project consisted of crack sealing, sealcoating and re-striping the existing playground. In addition to cleaning 70,000 square feet of pavement surface and applying two coats of sealer, we re-striped all pavement markings, thoroughly cleaned existing cracks and applied a hot rubberized sealer to all cracks above ¼”.

We at TARC are always honored to improve a space for kids to play. With in-person learning coming back, this playground is now ready to go and will get good use this coming school season—and many more to come!
