Meet Sean Hall, one of the team players in TARC’s Operations Department. Born and raised in San Jose, Sean helps oversee equipment and the day-to-day activities of Operations. Growing up, he played baseball on teams with Dante and coached by Albert. Five years ago, he came on at TARC as a yard assistant and has worked his way up since. Sean says he is inspired by the growth he sees firsthand working at TARC.

“I am lucky enough to work with my best friends, and I appreciate the opportunities to participate in yearly events,” he says.

When he’s not helping the team in Operations, Sean enjoys pick-up basketball games, gardening, downhill biking and watching his favorite sports teams.

On the job, Sean’s main goal is to make sure everything goes smoothly. He still brings with him the lessons he learned out on the baseball diamond with Dante and Albert.
