Event Spotlight: Cooking Class at Sur La Table
In December of last year, TARC Construction, Inc. teamed up with AXIS Construction to do a cooking class at Sur La Table in Walnut Creek with two top Association Management Companies.
We cooked, we laughed, we enjoyed each other’s company, and we had some wine and a delicious meal that we prepared together. On the menu was a kale Caesar salad with pecorino and hand-torn croutons, three cheese ravioli with sage brown butter sauce, and pappardelle with pork shoulder ragu. It was a fantastic afternoon and so much fun. Dan Fernandez, our Director of Business Development, said, “It was one of my favorite events I did all year, and the attendees were so much fun. What a great time and great group. I can’t wait to do it again!”
