After years in hiatus, the TARC Construction was able to organize a Relax & Recharge Retreat in Monterey, CA.  In addition to several fun activities that allowed attendees to experience all the area has to offer, the TARC Leadership Team attended a full-day seminar led by Dr. John A. Barrios, who shared his expertise about Organization Management.

The TARC Leadership Team Seminar covered several topics including leadership development, organizational culture, and the TARC Strategy for 2023.  TARC’s culture was strengthened with open dialogue and viewpoints from all facets of the business, including operations, administrative, financial, sales, and marketing.  This allowed the group to focus on everything from the organizational-level to the individual employees.  Each TARC Leader presented their self-assessment with action-items to make TARC even more customer focused!

By the end of the TARC Leadership Seminar, everyone came away with deeper insight on the company and themselves.  An engaged and lively discussion led to the development of action items on both a personal and organizational level.  Their teamwork developed TARC’s new Mission Statement which will be a strong focus in 2023:
