Meet Brian Rhett, a dedicated member of the TARC family with a unique journey into construction. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Brian’s childhood spanned Santa Cruz mountains and San Jose, later settling in Morgan Hill.

Brian’s shift to construction came amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning from over 21 years in the service industry. Drawn by friends, he joined TARC two years ago, bringing some previous experience in tile and steel work.

When asked: What would you like people to know about you? Brian said “I never want to stop learning. When I work for a company, I want to learn all aspects of the business. I want to be able to help wherever I can. I’m an only child so I always had to entertain myself and that is what created my drive to learn, plus growing up in the mountains, I had a lot of time to explore and that gave me my love for the outdoors.”

Outside work, Brian enjoys family time with his three daughters and grandson, cherishing camping, hiking, fishing, and board games.

His main job goals are Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and fun in every task. Brian’s hunger for knowledge, instilled by his mountainous upbringing, drives his continuous learning journey with TARC by his side.
