The event took place from February 7th to 9th, at the Oakland Convention Center at the Marriott downtown Oakland. The atmosphere was electric as professionals from the community association management industry gathered to exchange knowledge, discuss best practices, and tackle the latest legal challenges. From informative sessions on industry regulations to insightful discussions on emerging trends, this seminar left no stone unturned.

The excitement didn’t end with the seminar sessions and all the connections being made. The 2nd Annual BLOC Party, held on Thursday night, February 8th, was the talk of the town. Over 200 association managers and vendors gathered at BLOC 15 in Oakland for an evening of culinary delights, refreshing drinks, live music, and a DJ who kept the dance floor alive. The atmosphere was charged with energy as attendees networked, forged new connections, and simply had a blast. The BLOC Party has quickly become the best networking event in the industry, offering an ideal setting for professionals to unwind and connect in a relaxed environment. It’s not just a party; it’s a celebration of the thriving Community Association Management industry.
