TARC Construction, Inc. was recently awarded an asphalt maintenance contract for nine Target stores throughout California. All projects consist of miscellaneous concrete and asphalt repairs, crack sealing, and re-striping of the parking lots and truck delivery areas. TARC is performing all the work on these projects, as well as providing full-time project management to assure accuracy and adherence to standards and specifications. To meet the scope of the project, we’re applying all the knowledge and experience of our excellent team, from top to bottom.
