A large-scale paving project that was four years in the making was awarded to TARC Construction, Inc. by a HOA in Moraga, CA. Beginning in 2019, we worked with the Association Manager and provided them with a long-term pavement rehabilitation plan to remove and replace all of the pavement throughout the entire community. At the end of 2022, the HOA Board of Directors and Management decided to gather their resources and move forward with the entire project in early 2023; instead of phasing it over three to four years. After many rain delays, the project started and we are a couple weeks in and making great progress.

HOA work is typically the most complex paving work we do at TARC Construction, due to the extensive planning. Communication is key to success while working in a community of 521 private residences, including an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, restaurants and property management offices. This project is ongoing and will be completed in May. When it is all said and done we will have laid 10,000 plus tons of asphalt, that is the way we roll at TARC Construction.
